September 2025 • Stayed a few nights A well decorated & beautiful home. A very comfortable place to stay. The master has its own A/C unit which was a super plus for me. The host was very friendly and understanding. The washer & dryer are more advanced and confusing at first. But easy to figure with time. August 2025 • Stayed one night I had the best stay at Manuel's home! The host's attention to detail truly made my experience one of a kind. The cozy and beautifully decorated space felt like a home away from home. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was home The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches like a well-stocked kitchen with complimentary snacks and drinks. The beds were extremely clean, comfortable and the temperature of the home was perfection! The location was perfect - close enough to local attractions, yet nestled in a peaceful neighborhood that allowed me to unwind. No more than 10 people at anytime! No smoking in the house there will be a 500 fee charged. No parties! Check out is at 10 am 50 fee will be charged for first hour, then 20 an hour after. Do not put ac unit under 70 degreees! When it’s over 100 degrees make sure to close the curtains and blinds to cool down the house.. pool please put furniture back includes back yard patio if not there will be 50 charge to put it back! do not take the pool vacuum out the pool the system need to be filtered by it if you take it out it won’t work properly, Do not take the chlorine out the pool floaters, do not throw objects in the pool.. There will be additional 100 fee for this.. Unfortunately since it’s so hot outside the pool can turn green quickly due to not being filtered and chlorine
